The apartment is a garden-level guest suite of a grand historic townhome. This hidden Gem is accessed through a private entrance off the rear alley. It has Two Bedrooms, Two Baths and a Den with a designated work area and Two Twin Beds. The open floor plan has a spacious Living Area with a large sectional sofa that is open to the Kitchen/Dining Area - all appointed with elegant furnishings and decor. A utility room off the kitchen offers a washer dryer and ample storage for suitcases. An exterior patio has a generous table area for al fresco dining or relaxing. Parking is right next to the apartment entrance.

Other Details to Note

The parking space is in a garage and can not fit a car bigger than a mid sized vehicle. Please be aware. If you have a larger vehicle like a truck or large sedan there is a parking garage one street over on Leroy Street in the Generator Hotel. Any issues email us . Thank you. Gregg and Brook

The neighborhood is so charming and beautiful. It’s walkable and 10 mins away from so many restaurants. The unit is very spacious while also feeling cozy. Really enjoyed our time.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The space was thoughtfully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the complimentary K-cups, along with cream and sugar, which was a very nice touch. The location felt very safe and was extremely convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. We especially enjoyed the coffee shop just down the road and visited it multiple times during our stay. Overall, this apartment was perfect for our needs, and we would gladly stay here again.
