Great location. Walkable to many restaurants. Very clean. Beds and bedding very comfortable. You enter the house from the back of the house in an alley, and he made the instructions very clear and sent pictures of exactly what to do… I felt very safe with my kids in this location.

The “Love Shack” was nestled perfectly between convenient shopping, great restaurants and easy access to the Metro! The host was communicative, responsive and very friendly! 5/5 Stars, Two Thumbs Up, etc… This was a great AirBnB experience for us and we will strongly recommend to friends and future visits.

Great location and a clean place. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Having a Whole Foods just steps away was a huge plus, and most major sites were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Brook’s place was perfect for our quick trip to DC. It was clean, easy to get to and get into. The location is perfect, walkable to some of the best restaurants. We’d stay here again!

The Love Shack is a super cute little spot close to lots of great restaurants and a quick metro stop away from everything DC offers. It was also surprisingly quiet given its location. The free parking was a welcome bonus. The Love Shack had everything we needed for our weekend in the city.

We absolutely loved the Love shack! It was such a cute, intimate stay for our time in DC. The area was super walkable and I always felt safe even at night. It is private and secluded and I loved that it included a parking spot. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. The place was very clean and smelled amazing too. So happy we got to stay here on our impromptu trip! We want to come back to stay everytime we visit DC.

Brook's place was absolutely fantastic. Check-in was a breeze and the place was exactly like the photos. It was clean and had nice linens and a very comfortable bed. My daughter stayed there for 10 weeks during her internship in DC and she loved it. She will be in DC again next summer and would love to stay there again. It was in a safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

Had a great experience at Brook’s Airbnb - this is the perfect location for a short trip or longer term stay. The space is small but had everything I needed (coffee machine, induction stove, Nutribullet). Brook & team responded quickly when I had questions (I especially appreciated them buying a white noise machine due to some construction / noise near the Airbnb). Would stay again!

Brook was a fantastic host during my stay at this place. The location is fantastic with so much to do and super lively. The place was very easy to check into, super clean and it’s a very safe neighbourhood. I loved staying here and would definitely return.
