Other Details to Note

The unit is small so we recommend it for one guest. We also have neighbors upstairs and downstairs. If you are sensitive to noise and possibly hearing neighbors, this may not be for you. Otherwise, you’ll love the convenience and excitement of being right in the center of one of DC’s greatest neighborhoods.

Loved staying at Brook’s place. I was in town for work and it was really nice coming home to a quiet place and being able to unwind from the day. The area is lovely, with lots of good restaurants, groceries, shops, and super walker friendly. Brook was a great host; very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here. Awesome location, walking distance to food, groceries, etc. Great price point compared to the competition in the area. It's a smaller studio style place, but two of us enjoyed the space for a few day trip. Super comfy bed. One of the best I've slept on yet from Airbnb's. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well done, Brook. Great communication and flexibility. 5 star host right here.
